Welcome to Lunar Guide App, owned and operated by 1117 Productions LLC and Chi Alexander (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You must create an account to access the app. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

1.2. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in hacking, distribute malicious code, or abuse the app. Abusive, threatening, or harmful language in voice notes is discouraged, and we reserve the right to investigate misuse. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Lunar Guide App. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Credits and Payments

2.1. Credit System
The app operates on a credit-based system, where users purchase credits to access features like the Spirit Guide service. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

2.2. Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final. Users who encounter issues where credits weren’t applied correctly can contact support@lunarguideapp.com. Upon proof of the issue, we may re-add the unused credits.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1. Abuse and Exploitation
We prohibit activities such as hacking, distributing viruses, or exploiting the app.

3.2. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
The Spirit Guide feature provides general astrological guidance but is not a replacement for professional financial, medical, or legal advice.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account if there is proof of abuse or illegal activity. Terminated accounts will lose access to all features, including unused credits.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates several third-party services such as Google, Firebase, OpenAI, Eleven Labs, and Stripe. By using the app, you also agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these services.

6. Future Subscriptions

We may offer subscription plans in the future. Until then, premium features will be available through credit-based purchases.

7. Email Marketing

By creating an account, users agree to receive promotional emails from Lunar Guide App. These emails may include product updates, special offers, and announcements. Users can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and services provided by Lunar Guide App remain the property of 1117 Productions LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1117 Productions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1117 Productions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, without interruptions or errors. There may be planned maintenance or unplanned outages.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, with Utah as the primary jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
